Description of event
The future of work is unpredictable. Future career success will require an ability to adapt to new ways of working and a desire to learn new skills. This event will open up a discussion about what the future could look like. You will learn about the desirable key skills and attributes and take away some top tips on how to build a career in this ever-changing environment.
We will hear from some invigorating speakers who have all achieved success in their careers, breaking new ground within the housing sector. This event will not only look at how they have achieved success but also their views on what the future holds. What will the sector look like in future? What skills will be needed? How will this impact a career development plan for future leaders?
There will be lots of room for networking over nibbles and refreshments, so join us and our career champions for this must attend event!

This event is free to attend for CIH members and £30.00 + VAT for non-members.
